I am an independent dog walker serving the Santa Monica and surrounding neighborhoods and have been in this business for over 3 years. 

In July of 2004 I as laid-off from an extremely stressful job on Wall Street.  So many times I would sit in my office and wish I could have my dog walker's job.  After taking about a month off to de-stress, I decided it was time to start a dog walking business.  At first I worked with an established dog walker located in Hoboken, NJ.  I learned the ropes and tested the waters and knew it as the job for me.  I started out on my own and never looked back.  I love each and every pet as if they were my own - I think of them as my own extended family.  I had 2 Irish Setters growing up and mix of gold fish, hamsters, gerbils, geese (yes geese) and guinea pigs.  About 8 years ago I went to the local animal shelter and adopted Timber, my adorable beagle.  I also am a proud owner of a cat that I found as a kitten on the street 14 years ago.  

I got married in October of 2008 and moved to California, It was tough to leave the dogs from the New Jersey business and pets I took care of over the last 3 years. I did however leave them in capable hands by working with fellow dog walkers in Hoboken.  I am now starting and growing my business here in beautiful Santa Monica.
